Ms. Danielle Guimaraes was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She received her ballet training on full scholarship at the Vaganova School Maria Olenewa, completing her 9 year training program and graduating on the year of 2000, receiving her professional Ballerina diploma at age 17. Being part of such selective school allowed her to train under the guidance of the very top national and international teachers available in Brazil.
At a young age she was casted as a dancer for a very popular television show presented by Xuxa, a major celebrity in South America, the show aired weekly. At age 17, she than auditioned and landed a contract with Feld Entertainment , being able to travel abroad to the USA and tour with Ringling Bros as a dancer on their magnificent Productions of Ringling Bros. And Barnum & Bailey all over the country, Mexico and Canada. She quickly grew in the company becoming dance captain and renewing her contract further more for 2 tours to follow. She has performed in nearly all major arenas in the country including The Madison Square Garden in New York City.
She performed for live audiences weekly for over 4 years, and has also participated in live television shows with the company. After having reached all the goals she set for herself within the company she decided it was time to settle with her new family and new born son in Brandon, Florida. There she quickly got in touch with Kim Hall Perez, whom she worked for as a teacher and a competition team choreographer at her studio, sharing her experience with young inspiring dancers. Miss Danielle has been a teacher and a competitive dance choreographer well over 8 years, She teaches in the fields of Ballet, jazz, Contemporary and lyrical and has been awarded choreography and special judges awards throughout her career.
She continues to extend her studies and her training traveling to New York City where she attends classes and workshops at Broadway Dance Center, Perridance, Steps and Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater. She is passionate about her work and has a “hands on “approach with her students whom she's very loved by. Her Biggest inspiration in life her 12 year old son Angelo.
