If you've ever danced on a drill team, were a professional dancer, cheerleader, athlete or if you just like to dance and have a good time, this is the place for you. If you have had health challenges in your past or now, we have experienced instructors who have been on similar journeys such as child birth, C-sections, surgeries, injuries, car accidents, foot pain, back pain etc.
